Forage Culture the wild food education and events company owned by Elizabeth Easterly. It specializes in guided foraging walks and culinary experiences designed for individuals ranging from elementary-aged children to adults across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. The company operates out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and has been serving the community since 2020.

Elizabeth Easterly is a STEM Educator with the Lancaster Science Factory, a mother of two, former professional ballroom dance instructor, and a home chef who can talk some decent culinary shop. She grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee surrounded by scientists, winemakers, outdoor enthusiasts, and farmers, and has never stopped being curious about food.
